American Singer Omarion Embraces Maasai Attire And Dance In Viral Facebook Video

American RnB singer Omarion got a taste of the Kenyan culture as seen in a video which was posted on Facebook.

The former B2K group member who was in Kenya this past weekend for a concert on Saturday, June 3 at Ngong Racecourse, dressed and danced in the Maasai attire to a song with Maasai men.

He did so during a visit to the Kenyan Wildlife Services before jetting out of the country. He wrote:

“Getting crowned at the gate! It’s still so amazing to me that people embrace me as one of their own wherever I go. I will forever appreciate these moments! Kenya was a blast! Thank you to ALL!! Until next time.”

Omarion’s love for different African cultures has been evident in the past. The singer who just released the visuals to his latest song, Distance, shows him in a South African attire as it was shot in the southernmost African country.

Also, during his performance at the Inaugural AfroPop Festival in Ngong, the Entourage singer showed his appreciation for African music as he sang along to Darassa’s hit song Muziki and then Davido from Nigeria’s new jam, If.

Omarion’s 45-minute performance featured many of his famous songs as he showcased his swanky dance moves to the vibes of his numerous songs as the crowd went wild.

He had also introduced a dance challenge dubbed #DistanceChallenge following the release of his new song. To win, dance enthusiasts and amateurs alike are require to upload a video of them dancing to his single with a wier being picked every week.

For the past week, a Kenyan team called The Unikk Dance Crew from Gikomba market won the challenge and got a chance to see him live on stage.
