Can FAT chael be applied to a mix down in Capture 2 to chael 15/16 through StudioLive 16.0.2?

I'm doing a mix down in Capture 2, recording the main mix to chaels 15/16 through my StudioLive 16.0.2, and I've got the Post Dig Out button engaged, but my pan settings are not being recorded. I've tried it with the Dig Out button both on and off with the same results. Are all the FAT chael settings applied to a mix down as I have described it, or perhaps only some of the FAT chael settings? Thanks.
