Studio One: The licence has not been issued for this computer

I own a firestudio mobile since more than 4 years, I always used it with my macbook pro. Now after 6 months i did not use it. When i try to open Studio One the follow appaers "The licence has not been issued for this computer". Now i do not know what the useame, password, product name. I don't have the package anymore.

I have to record a CD and I caot :-(
