Monitor Station V2 reversing signals to speakers and the left signal is very low!

Have balanced cables coected from interface. The speakers aren't the problem. The right LED meters go all the way up and the left stays down. The speaker inputs play out of the opposite speaker thats plugged in. Output is very low so audio interface has to be tued all the way up to get a decent level. Help please.
