How can I activate Studio One Artist 2

Hello,
I bought a copy of PreSonus Studio One Artist 2 four years ago. I had to reformat my compter due to technical issues, and now I can't activate my licence anymore.

Here's what is says: Oops! We've encountered an error in your login/email credentials. We're working on a fix, meanwhile go to this link to find out how to solve it on your own.

There is no error in my login/email credentials as I can login on the PreSonus website.

Anybody has a clue of how I could make it work again?
