[FR] Option to refresh/update track names

When you drag a preset from the browser into the track section,
a new track gets created.
Its name is the preset name.
(E.g. Basonefex from Mai TaiBass)

After this the VSTi window gets opened and you have the chance to switch the preset afterwards.
So you can make BassBuzz out of Basonefex - for example.
Alternatively, you can drag another Preset from the browser in your freshly created track.
You get ask whether you want to load, combine or cancel.

I have two requests:

1) Refreshing the track name (manually)
Please add a possibility (key shortcut would be ok) that the track name = the preset name.
So when you switch the presets and find the right patch, you use the key shortcut to update the name.
(Doing it automatically might be nice, but I'm not sure if it's the best solution)
I think key shortcut would be fully ok, because users could create a macro like: next preset, update name.

2) Overwritting/changing the track name
When you drag another preset into the existing track and choose load,
the old name should be replaced by the new one.
Current track name: Basonefex, you drag another preset into it (e.g. BassBuzz) and choose load:
New track name: BassBuzz

When you combine, the old name should be kept, but a + should be added.
(So the user will know there is another voice behind it, which means it's a Multi Instrument)
Current track name: Basonefex
New track name: Basonefex+ (adding a third voice would mean Basonefex++ and so on)
