Certain Songs won't playback

I can't figure this out. I have 2 songs i'm working on from the same song template. When i opened the songs this moing, one song will playback through the monitors and the other will not play back. I looked at the song setup and options and can't see a difference. Does anyone know what i may be overlooking?
