I use studio one 3 and when I press play or record it lags a lot

I use studio one 3 and when I press play or record it lags a lot. It didn't lag until the program was updated over 3.5z
I use rme ufx and window 10 and tried to rollback the driver and tried the latest driver but it still doesnt fix anything. Buffersize and drop settings don't help either
