How do I install and use universal control to obtain a stereo mix from my Capture 2 on my Studiolive 16.0.2.

Where do I start to get my Studiolive 16.0.2 to work with Universal Control VST. When I record basic Capture tracks to my Macbook pro I would like to be able to play back a stereo mix to my headphone amp to the band. I saw that I will have to give up track 15 and 16 to do this somehow. Any help will be truly appreciated.
