My studiolive 24.4.2 has the gain reduction lights lit all the way up. No, it's not a gate.

When I tu on my Studiolive 24.4.2 the gain reduction lights are fully lit up. There's no gate ruing. I also can't gain up any microphones or anything at all. It makes no sound and doesn't give me a readout. I updated the firmware, but when I go to system it still says firmware v1.0. Something aint' right.
