Can I use the ADAT outs on a Studio 192 to provide individual mixes to a HP60? Digital to Stereo Unbalanced

I would hope there a 1U sized device that will split out the four 96k chaels of each S/PDIF into unbalanced stereo outputs. This way, I can use Studio One to create mixes for each musician while tracking and still allow them to hear the main mix and a click track. To give you an idea, think of the back of a ********* POWERPLAY P16-I where the ADAT is in and the TRS are stereo unbalanced out.
