WHERE IS EXCHANGE?

WHERE IS EXCHANGE.YOU SHOW AN OLD VIDEO FOR STUDIO 2. this is the mos confusing software i have ever used. U HAVE A MANUAL THAT WAS WRITTEN BY ROLAND, BECAUSE YOU CANT LOCATE AND THING QUICKLY. At the present time i would not recommend this software to anyone. Yes i own the current version of cakewalk, cubase and fruity loops. This by far tu out to be a nightmare.
