How can I setup my individual access to each band members mixes? How can I create own mix for recording?

Currently there are 3 members in the band with their own monitor mix. As soundman, two questions:

1) How would I setup my own mix that I can listen to and control all members?

2) How would I be able to listen to a particular members mix to help adjust as needed?
