Neymar Worth Every Pey As He Dazzles At Parc des Princes Debut

Neymar stole the show on his Parc des Princes debut on Sunday by firing Paris Saint-Germain to a third win of the season with two goals.

The world’s costliest player had a hand in everything good for his team as they saw off Toulouse even though they had fallen back early to a Max Gradel goal.

Neymar grabbed the equalizer and with further goals from Adrien Rabiot, Edinson Cavani, Javier Pastore and Layvin Kurzawa to beat Toulouse 6-2.

The 25-year-old Brazilian superstar has made a fantastic start to life in France, scoring three goals and providing three assists in just two competitive starts for the French club. It’s also PSG’s third win in as many league outings this season, joining them with reigning champions Monaco and Saint-Etiee in having the maximum nine points to their name.

Speaking after the match to reporters, Neymar said:

“I feel very happy and relaxed, I feel at home. I am adapting as quickly as possible. I am getting better physically and I can still improve yet.”

The former Barcelona man who completed his move away from the Nou Camp less than two weeks ago used his time with the reporters to take a jab at his for club’s board of directors.

He launched a scathing attack on the Barcelona directors, saying Barca deserve better.

“I am disappointed with them,” said Neymar.

“I spent four years there and was very happy. I began happy, spent four years happy and left happy. But not with them.”

“For me, they shouldn’t be in charge of Barca. Barca deserves much better, and everyone knows this.”

On Barcelona’s inability to find a suitable replacement for him or to even strengthen the squad, his facial expression was that of disappointment. He said he could not comment on what the club was doing before the transfer window closes at the end of the month.

“I caot speak now I am in another team. I don’t know what’s going on there, but I see my old teammates sad, and it’s that which makes me sad because I have a lot of friends there.”

“I hope that things will improve for Barca and that they will become a team that can rival others.
