Can you provide instructions for a MacBook Pro without number pad?

This doesn't work on a MacBook Pro in Studio One. I tried shift plus the keys marked - and + and nothing happens. I also tried several combinations with the arrow keys and nothing works so far. Is there a specific command for MacBooks?

UPDATE* Never mind I found the correct terminology and mapped custom shortcuts for Rewind Bar and Forward Bar.
