How to show package contents in loops

Using Presonus Symphonic Orchestra I wish to show the package contents of loops. I right-click on the loop and choose "Show Package Contents" and I see a dropdown triangle appear. However, clicking on the triangle reveals nothing. Is there a setting which would allow me to see the contents.
