Studio one 3 on Windows 10 - VST Issue

After upgrading from windows 7 to windows 10, most of my plugins are not working.
Ex: ProQ, Kefir, EzMix
Those that are working are just Line6 Pod Farm and Izotope Ozone 5
I have already changed the folder program files 32 to 64 and vice versa, I have already disabled UAC control, I have reinstalled with administrator privileges and it did not work too
