Is it possible to record external effects into through the Presonus StudioLive AR16 aux out into Logic Pro X?

I'm using a MacBook Pro Retina with Logic Pro X. I am ruing a Moog Mother32 through a Boss Digital Delay pedal and want to record the delay from the pedal into Logic X. At the moment I am routing the synth to the delay pedal to an empty chael strip on the AR16.
