mp3 convert isnt capable for studio one artisy

okay so i have studio one artist and ive bought the mp3 converter, , the only problem is that it keeps on coming up with that mp3 converter isnt capable with this version even though i go online and look up answers and its says that im doing the right thing. please i need help ive complete my first ever song n i dont really waa spend like $500 for the professional version. p.s. it worked before but when its got updated it doesnt work anymore
