Can't get audio in left and right headphone chaels from PreSonus AudioBox 44VSL

I am having trouble hearing audio in both my left and right headphone chaels from the PreSonus AudioBox 44VSL.

I am hearing live and recorded audio though the left chael but not the right chael in my headhphones.

I am using StudioOne 3.5.1.43560 Win x64 and I am working on a Dell XPS 13 9350 ruing Windows 10 Home, Version 1703, OS Build 15063.540

I am new to StudioOne and realize I most likely have checked or unchecked a critical box but caot figure out how to resolve this issue on my own or with answers I've found online.
