audiobox 1818vsl samplerate locked

Hello Good afteoon, I'm having problems with my interface.
I am not able to change the samplerate from 44,100khz to 48,000khz, this problem is causing me inability to work. I already contacted the support and sent it to them here in Brazil (daware), and my problem was not solved. I have had this interface for over 3 years and I have always had this problem and it has never been solved.
I need an urgent response. I'm losing jobs because of this problem.
