Presonus Quantum compatible with new iMac (thunderbolt 3) ?

I am about to renew my computer and I'm willing to buy a new iMac. The Quantum is a wonderful product, but has Thunderbolt 2 ports.

Is this possible to coect the Quantum successfully to a USB-C port through an adaptator ? Is there any known issues ?
