I am weekly giging musician and I bought the studio 16.0.2 mixer 2 months ago, I am using OS X 1.6.8 and iPad 3 SL Remote, everything was fine until last night before the sound check I switch on the SL remote app on my iPad I found everything goes grey....and on my Mac screen window (remote devices) I can't found the iPad show up any( it usually do) today I try to reinstall both my Mac and iPad , reset the router and check all the up date still not working, please help....

I am trying ot get our church in the technology age. I am getting them setup to do facebook live, however the sound is very faint coming from the main out put on the StudioLive 24.4.2. I am wondering if there is a better way to hook up my aux cable to the sound board to get better sound? I am getting ready to update firmware it is out of date, i am ruing an aux cable from the main out on the sound board to an Alienware computer with Windows 10, while using a Razer Ripsaw to capture video from our camera. The sound is there it is just very faint and hard to hear. Was just looking for other ways to get the best sound out of it.Thanks,Greg Moore...

Since its available for Android 5.0. Newer chromebooks are coming with capabilities to install apps from the Play Store (beta).I have it installed on an Acer R11, but not sure that I am still having an issue with it just yet. But it would be great if this was a feature that could be installed on any chromebook....

Please allow Exteal [MIDI] Devices to function as both Control Surfaces and Instruments at the same time. For instance, I have a Roland System 8 hardware synthesizer that I use as a Control Surface for VST plugins, but there are also times where I'm going to use it as an exteal instrument. Currently, I'm creating two devices for this in S1, 1) Control Surface device, and another 2) for the Instrument output. The differentiation feels uecessary, as they're both just devices that can send and receive MIDI data. I should just be able to have one Exteal Device that covers both aspects of this functionality....

Why on a brand new device are you not using the Thunderbolt 3 coector, now for any new computer (mac or windows) we need to buy an $85 adapter to use it? If i do end up with this device, can i use it on a new MAC ruing windows Boot camp or only in OSX? (I plan to use both on the machine)....

Hi I recently updated my version of Studio One Professional to version 3.5.1 and I noticed one of the many new features in your New Features video included independent Input/Output devices. However, when I go to configure my audio device I still see only one option for my audio device as oppose to two independent options. Am I looking in the wrong place, or is there something else I should do first. I double check, and Studio One claims I am up to date. I am using Windows, and my audio interface and a Presonus Audiobox iTwo. I've been trying to install Ubuntu 16.01 since the last two days on dualboot with windows 10 on a seperate partition. At first, it got installed but wouldn't always boot on and got stuck on the bootscreen animation and would boot only 1 out of every 4 or 5 times I tried to boot it up. After that, I wen to windows and deleted that partition and tried to install ubuntu 14.04. It installed but didn't show the wifi networks so I removed that too and now I'm unable to install any version, every time I boot into the usb drive, it gets frozen at the ubuntu boot screen and doesn't proceed to the setup. Short version: How to coect an Ubuntu Touch device with the inteet via a (debian) desktop PC, while still enabling adb shell coections to the device? Long version: My (debian) desktop PC stands in an area with quite bad WLAN reception. However, sometimes I want to coect my Ubuntu tablet to the inteet while having an adb-shell open at my PC, for example when setting up a libertine chroot. Because the WLAN coection frequently is interrupted, I would prefer to coect to the inteet via my (debian) PC which has a stable LAN coection. Note that the coection should not interfere with an adb-shell or an alteative has to be proposed, as otherwise I still would be unable to use a shell from the desktop...
